How do I place a service call?
Locate the equipment ID Tag on your machine. Typically this will be on the right side of the
machine and will look like this:
You can request service in two (2) different ways. (1)You can call our direct service line,
717-840-9052 or 888-790-0504 and talk with our Service Coordinator. (2)You can complete and
submit the form below. Complete the required fields and press "submit."
